Who I am professionally
I am a Senior Director within People & Culture at SAP, where I have spent more than a decade working on large-scale transformation initiatives across a global organization of 114,000+ employees.
My work focuses on how leadership, organizational design, and ways of working shape performance — translating strategic priorities into environments where people can perform and deliver impact.
I have designed and delivered leadership development initiatives for organizations of up to 7,000 people and worked across enterprise-wide programs connecting people strategy directly to business performance.
I also completed executive education in High Potential Leadership at Harvard Business School, which strengthened my perspective on the role leadership plays in shaping environments where people perform at their best.

My why
Time is finite. Work takes most of it.
In the corporate world, we often show up as though we are saving lives — even when we are not. That urgency creates unnecessary pressure and makes work heavier than it needs to be.

On August 26, 2025, when my son was born, time suddenly felt very concrete.
It also felt very concrete when a close friend suddenly passed away.
These moments reinforced something simple but universally true: Our time is finite, and how we spend it at work matters.
We can perform at a high level without constant pressure and unnecessary complexity.
As AI takes over tasks and parts of jobs, what humans focus on matters more than ever.
Leaders play a central role in shaping environments where people can perform, while also respecting the time they spend at work.
Work will continue to change.
Time will remain finite.

- Design environments where people can perform — across teams, functions, and enterprise systems
